Building upon feasibility and optioneering studies we can provide a variety of planning services. Whether it be space planning to optimise retail space in a shopping mall, ventilation in an office building, or energy consumption in a hospital or school, our skilled engineers are able to provide planning studies to meet a range of criteria.

Our engineers are practiced in using different structural and MEP software packages to develop planning studies that will inform preliminary design.

Depending on the country we are working in we work to local, national and international planning standards. Our experience in building regulations and codes (particularly in the Middle East and Africa) means that we are able to advise our clients on planning issues relating to their development.
