PROJECT: TV Studio Complex, Media City

A new multi-studio television and media production complex was developed in Egypt to provide state-of-the-art media facilities. The new site included:

• 2 television studios of 900 m² each
• 4 television studios of 600 m² each
• 4 television studios of 400 m² each
• 4 television studios of 300 m² each
• 2 sound recording studios
• Workshops
• Studio building

In developing the Media Complex, the following services were provided:

• Sub-consulting services to Kvaerner Technology, (SONY & Kvaerner construction), on structural and architectural design drawings
• External work (Landscape, roads and external drainage)
• Value engineering for tender design, preparation of design development drawings, detailed and working drawings, and the coordination of these drawings with MEP sub-consultants
