PROJECT: Doha Plaza Tower

The Doha Plaza Tower in Qatar is a 20 floor office building including underground car parking. The tower is divided into:

• Underground car park for approximately 150 cars
• A ground floor, designed for reception, administration and over ground car parking
• The first floor, designed for reception
• 13 cylindrical-shaped offices floors
• 5 'ship' shaped offices floors

Services provided for this project includes:

• Architectural design and preparation of working drawings for the project
• Preparation of structural drawings
• Preparation of electrical and air conditioning drawings
• Preparation of sanitary and fire resistance systems drawings
• Preparation of the provisions and the specifications of the project
• Complete construction supervision
