PROJECT: Dandy Mega Mall

Dandy Mega Mall is a retail centre located on Alexandria Desert Road, east of Cairo, serving eight districts of the Egyptian Capital. The total area of the site is approximately 120,000m² and comprises over 140,000m² of retail space and more than 300 shops including the Carrefour Hypermarket. The mall also provides leisure and commercial facilities including a five star hotel, 18 cinema screens, and high quality office space. Good access to the local road infrastructure was planned inconjunction with the mall with underground parking for over 3000 cars and a dedicated petrol station. The mall also features a helicopter landing area.
