PROJECT: BNP Paribas

The BNP Paribas Headquarters Building is designed to a high quality international style, however reflecting local culture. The building has a clear identity that distinguishes it from adjacent buildings.

The plot size is 7,190m² with a buiding footprint of 1,795m². This seven storey building is designed to accommodate 600 to 900 staff in a predominantly open plan layout. There are some dedicated offices for senior management, separate meeting rooms, a data room and rooms for ancilliary facilities. The staff benefit from a 'garden' level within the building and two parking basements. They also have access to a restaurant, kitchen and fitness centre. The building includes a local branch office of BNP Paribas with cash and safe facilities.

Services provided included the design, tendering and construction of the headquarters building. Areas of design and expertise included: architecture, structural, M&E and all specialist systems.
